This is Wagah Attari Border between two nations of Pakistan & India.
This ceremony was first conducted by Indians on this border, however eventually the Pakistanis began to perform the similar one until they rejoiced doing this everyday and at the same time together. It's a wonderful and amazing performance which many tourists and even locals gather everyday to watch it.
